No Return & No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any items. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Lash adhesives

  • Lash extensions

  • Tweezers

  • Under eye pads

  • Lash tools and accessories

We take product safety and sanitation seriously. For this reason, once an item leaves our facility, we cannot accept it back under any circumstance.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We will gladly replace items if they are defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect. If you experience any of these issues, please email us at [your email address] within 3 days of receiving your order, and include the following:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect product

  • A photo of the shipping label and packaging

We will assess the issue and respond with next steps. Claims submitted after the 3-day window or without sufficient documentation may not be accepted
